DayTrack Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

In short: everything you write in DayTrack stays on your own device. DayTrack has no account, no server and no tracking, and it never sends your tasks or diary anywhere.

Who we are

DayTrack is a to-do list and diary app made by Zahid Abbas ("we", "us", "our"), the maker of BizTrack and PayTrack.

Data stored on your device

Your tasks, diary notes, moods, tags and settings are saved only on the device you use DayTrack on. We never receive, see or store any of it.

No data collected

DayTrack does not collect personal information, does not need an account, and does not use analytics, advertising or crash-reporting services. It does not send your data over the internet.

PIN lock

If you set a PIN, only a scrambled (hashed) form of it is saved on your device, so the PIN itself is never stored. If you forget it, it cannot be recovered, so keep a backup of your notes.

Reminders

The optional daily reminder is scheduled by your device itself. No message is sent to or from any server.

Backups and exports

JSON backups and CSV exports are files saved where you choose on your device. They contain your tasks and diary, so keep them somewhere safe.

Links to our other apps

The Settings screen links to our website. Opening a link takes you to biztrack-app.com in your browser; DayTrack itself sends nothing.

Deleting your data

You can delete any task or note inside the app. Uninstalling DayTrack removes the app; on Windows, its data folder in your AppData can also be deleted.

Children's privacy

DayTrack does not collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
