Who we are

BizTrack is a multi-business accounting app built for small businesses in Pakistan, operated by Zahid Abbas ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and the BizTrack app, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect on this website

When you request a free trial through this website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your WhatsApp number

This information is used only to generate your trial license key, contact you about your trial or subscription, and provide support. We do not collect any payment card details through this website — subscription payments are made manually via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa, and confirmed by you directly over WhatsApp.

Information collected inside the BizTrack app

The app stores the business data you choose to enter — such as invoices, customers, suppliers, stock items, and expenses — in a secure cloud database so it can be backed up and synced across your devices. Each business's data is kept isolated from every other business using the app. We do not access or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the app's features to you.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your trial or paid license
• To back up and sync your business data across your devices
• To respond to support requests and send you service-related messages on WhatsApp or email
• To improve the reliability and features of the app

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We only share data with the service providers needed to run BizTrack, currently Supabase (our cloud database and backend provider), which stores data securely on our behalf. We do not share your data with advertisers or other third parties.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — see below.

Data security

Your data is protected using row-level security (each business's data is isolated from others), encrypted automatic daily backups, and industry-standard cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.

Children's privacy

BizTrack is a business tool intended for use by business owners and staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
